Abertridwr is the south of the river chapter for the Society for Creative Anachronism, an international medieval recreation society dedicated to recreating all the good bits of medieval European life. We conduct medieval feasts, armoured tournaments, archery competitions, Period arts and science class's. Anyone is welcome to experience the SCA, people under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Abertridwr is a family friendly society with our youngest members still in their mothers arms and our oldest being 81 years young. To partake of the society requires two tenants, To act as becomes a Lady or Gentleman and to wear medieval costume.
Abertridwr meet on Sundays from 1pm at the Wandi Community Center Club Rooms,
Armoured Combat Training,
Target archery and
Arts & Science class's are conducted at this time
cost is $2 to cover club room hire and Tea and Coffee is supplied. Costume is not required.
If you see us on a Sunday afternoon come and say hi, you will surely get a friendly response.

The Perth Medieval Fayre Saturday the 17th of March 2012, Perth Esplanade, Riverside Drive Perth.
The Investiture of the King & Queen of Lochac (AU & NZ) is to take place at the Wandi Community Center over the 6th to 8th of January if you would join us for this spectacular event see the web page for more details.
Abertridwr's main event of the year is the Pencampwr Camping Event, held over the Foundation Day Long Weekend the first weekend in June each year. Cost is $75 with 3 breakfasts, Friday night meal, Saturday night Tavern Meal and Sunday night Victory Feast plus a left over lunch on Monday all supplied.
