Take a Turn with the Wandi Woodturners

Wandi wood turningThe Wandi Woodturning Club is an affiliated club with the Western Australian Woodturners Association (WAWA). We operate under their constitution and avail the benefits of the extended family of woodturning clubs (WAWA) throughout Western Australia. Our club is made up of approximately 70 members some attend from other closer groups of WAWA but generally our members travel from Wandi, Kwinana, Rockingham, Cockburn, Gosnells and further afield.

friendly wood turning instructionThe group is made up of experienced turners who have been turning for only weeks to 30 years plus. Professional turners regularly demonstrate their skills along with experienced hobby turners; all are there to lend a hand sharing their skills with others. Our hands on sessions are for beginners and experienced turners alike and with a healthy club fellowship some come for a chat and a cuppa.
